Varaluz - 393N05MBFG
Inspired by the elements of New York City''''s Brooklyn Bridge as depicted in an illustration found in Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Park Row collection is sure to bridge the gap between functionality and inspired design. The Brooklyn Bridge''''s neo-Gothic stone towers support a hybrid cable-stayed/suspension bridge design, with both vertical and diagonal suspender cables, which are the inspiration for Park Row. The interwoven cables create a repeating pattern that we have wrapped around and support modern clear fluted, recycled glass rods. The collection is hand-forged from 70 percent recycled steel. Hand-finished in matte black with French Gold edges.

We handcraft light fixtures and furniture out of eco-friendly materials. Some people might find what we do a bit extreme…glass shades made of recycled bottles? Fixtures made of recycled steel? Sure thing. We are continually developing new ways of using recycled, reclaimed, natural, and sustainable materials into our fixtures. To us, it just makes sense. There is a bit too much waste in the world, and upcycling yields some pretty darn cool results. We take these responsible materials and craft fixtures the old-fashioned way with the very skilled hands of our artistic team in the Philippines.
